The streaming service Twitch has confirmed it will moderate and disable their service on PlayStation 4 consoles that stream non video game related content.

Twitch has spoken on their focus for their services to provide gaming content for PlayStation 4 consoles.

FYI: We continue to moderate according to our Terms of Service. Non-gaming content is not allowed. 1/2 — Twitch Support (@TwitchSupport) November 24, 2013

Non-gaming content (c): If using PS4 Playroom, the content must be about games or gaming and within our ToS. Thanks for understanding. 2/2 — Twitch Support (@TwitchSupport) November 24, 2013

It was also confirmed users can discuss gaming related content on their stream without streaming games,  as “Discussing gaming is gaming content” said a Twitch representative.

PlayStation 4 allows users to stream picture- in-picture gaming while recording footage of the player using the PlayStation Camera.

The PlayStation 4 will release in Europe and Australia on November 29. If you’re curious about the Terms of Service for using Twitch, you can check out the full ToS here.
