Ubisoft has announced Trials Fusion will be receiving a free update, which will be the first of many planned updates designed to add new feature to the game.

The new update brings online tournaments to Trials Fusions, alongside 10 player created tracks that have now been made available cross-platform through Track Central. Through the newly added tournament features players can test their skills against other players for a limited time. Players will have multiple opportunities to place on the leaderboard in hopes of winning new rider gear, bike parts, in-game cash and experience points.

Trials Fusion will also start receiving downloadable content this winter, which will be releasing in six pieces. Each DLC will be available as a standalone purchase or all six pieces will be available with the Trials Fusion Season Pass for $29.95. The new content will range from new tracks, bike parts, rider gear, items for track editor, and each piece of DLC will also contain a piece of content that will allow players to experience a new Career Mode Event.

Developed by RedLynx Trials Fusion released earlier this year, with Analog Addiction giving the title a 7.9.
