Tomb Raiders Box Art Revealed

UPDATE: Australasian fans of Tomb Raider will have their pre-order bonuses and collectors editions announced in the coming weeks.
Tomb Raider originally scheduled to be released late this year, with in May however Daniel Gallagher the studio head of Crystal Dynamics announced that the game was being delayed until March 5 2013. After winning many Best of Show Awards at this years E3 convention many are excited about its ultimate release, showcasing Lara Croft before she was known as the ‘Tomb Raider’ this portrays the origin story of the female adventurer.
Today Crystal Dynamics has released the final box art for the upcoming release on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

I think it captures the essence of Lara being alone very well, with the crashed ship in the background, rain pouring down and her holding her arm in pain, the isolation that Lara faces is strongly apparent.
Are you excited for Lara’s latest journey? I know I am, the game looks extremely well developed, despite the controversies with the game.
