Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced Scribblenauts Unmasked – A DC Comics Adventure, bringing thousands of DC comics characters to the beloved franchise.
Unmasked features series protagonist Maxwell, as his latest journey has him venturing through Gotham City, Metropolis, Atlantis and many more iconic DC universe locations. Alongside DC Comics superheroes, such as Superman, Batman and Green Lantern. Maxwell must team up against the forces of DC villains, such as Joker, Lee Luthor and Sinestro.
Scribblenauts Unmasked hopes to incorporate the DC Comics characters in new and inventive ways, in-which the player can use to solve puzzles. New puzzles called Heroic Feats increase replayability, as these scenarios will constantly require different solutions with each visit.
Players will also be able to edit current DC Comics characters within the extensive Super Hero Creator, where characters can be combined to create alternate versions such as Wonder Joker or Super Doomsday.
Wii U and PC players will also be able to create heroes and villains from scratch, incorporating DC powers into their creations. Which can then be shared amongst the community for other players to download and enjoy.
Scribblenauts Unmasked – A DC Comics Adventure is being developed by 5TH Cell and will release on Wii U, Nintendo 3DS and PC later this year.
