Saints Row IV is celebrating four weeks in the number one spot on the all formats UK charts. Impressively it is now the second highest title to hold that position consecutively this year, sitting behind The Last of Us which held the position for six weeks.

“We are obviously thrilled to have four weeks in a row at number 1” stated Paul Nicholls, Sales & Marketing Director of Northern Europe, Deep Silver, “Thank you to all of the Saints Row fans that have made this possible”.

The achievement means Saints Row IV is the most successful Saints Row title in the franchise’s history, in terms of chart position. Beating Saints Row: The Third which held the number one spot for one week.

With these positions Deep Silver is now the most prolific publisher of 2013, as they have held the number 1 spot for 8 weeks this year. Saints Row IV (4 weeks), Metro: Last Light (1 week) and Dead Island: Riptide (3 weeks) have helped Deep Silver achieve these impressive results.

Saints Row IV and Dead Island: Riptide are also in the top 10 best selling games this year, making an extremely positive year for Deep Silver thus far.
