Rockstar Announces ‘Grand Theft Auto V’ Special & Collector’s Editions

Rockstar has announced the details of the Special Edition and Collector’s Editions of Grand Theft Auto V, which will be available for pre-order later today.
Players who pre-order the game from now and September 17 will fain access to the Atomic Blimp in-game vehicle. Atomic is one of the finest tire companies in the city of Los Santos.
The Grand Theft Auto V Special Edition will include:
Retail copy of Grand Theft Auto V
Collectible SteelBook with Exclusive Artwork: SteelBook will feature never-before-seen double-sided artwork of Michael, Trevor and Franklin.
Blueprint Map: This 21.5” x 26.75” displays a blueprint view of Los Santos and Blaine County. Featuring fast cash and other points of interest.
Special Ability Boost: Michael, Franklin and Trevor special ability will regenerate 25% faster.
Stunt Plane Trails: Single player Stunt Plane Trials spread throughout Los Santos and Blaine County.
Bonus Outfits, Tattoos and More: Michael, Franklin and Trevor will receive bonus outfits, specific character tattoo choices and special deals from shop keepers.
Additional Weapons: Players will find merchants offering free weapons, which include the Pistol .50, Bullpup Shotgun and melee Hammer.
The Grand Theft Auto V Collector’s will include all the contents of the Special Edition, plus added extras.
Grand Theft Auto V Security Bag with Logo Key: A custom 10.75” x 8.5” featuring a pop-up style lock and laser cut logo key. The reverse side will feature a pressed Rockstar logo on the security mount with framed ID window.
Grand Theft Auto V New Era 9FIFTY Snapback Cap: The exclusive adjustable cap will feature an embroidered Los Santos logo on the front, a stitched Rockstar Games logo on the left side and a Grand Theft Auto V logo on the opposite side,
Custom Characters for Grand Theft Auto Online: Classic Grand Theft Auto characters to use in the Online Character Creation System.
Unique Vehicles and Garage Property: Players will instantly receive a garage to store custom vehicles. In single player players will be given a 1930’s style Hotknife Hotrod and a CarbonRS sports bike. While in Grand Theft Auto Online players will receive the high-end Khamelion electric car.
The Collector’s Edition will come packaged in a premium outer box, featuring a foil embossed Grand Theft Auto V logo on top, with matte, scuff-resistant film lamination, housing all contents.
The Grand Theft Auto V Collector’s Edition will retail for $149.99, while the Special Edition will retail for $79.99. Pre-orders will be available later today, with links to be updated on Rockstar.com.
Grand Theft Auto V will release September 17 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles.
