‘Rise of the Tomb Raider’ Coming to PS4, PC in 2016

Square Enix has officially announced Rise of the Tomb Raider will be available on both PlayStation 4 and PC in 2016.
After much scrutiny since the initial reveal, Rise of the Tomb Raider has been confirmed to launch on PC in “early 2016”, while the PlayStation 4 version won’t arrive until “Holiday 2016”. The reason behind the lengthy wait for the PlayStation 4 version is due to a console exclusivity deal with Microsoft’s Xbox platforms, which will see Rise of the Tomb Raider launch on Xbox One and Xbox 360 on November 10, 2015; as it stands there has been no confirmation if a PlayStation 3 version will release.
Ever since the official reveal of Rise of the Tomb Raider, the exact nature of what consoles the game would release on has been up in the air. Originally announced as an “Xbox exclusive”, it was later revealed Rise of the Tomb Raider was merely a timed exclusive, one which was being published by Microsoft and developed by Crystal Dynamics.
