Yesterday we were told “Evil Cole” would be making an appearance in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, but now less than 24 hours later we are introduced to our latest combatant…Raiden, from the Metal Gear Solid series. He is officially the 18th confirmed character in Sony’s mascot fighter, Raiden will be decked out in his latest cyborg ninja armour from Metal Gear Solid: Revengeance.

We were also introduced to Spike, Ratchet, Dante and Sackboy at Gamescom a few weeks before. All the characters that have been revealed thus far, were all revealed in a big leak regarding the game back in July. Players were able to get to the information through the Beta that was running for the game, on the PlayStation Network. If the rest of these leaked characters are true we still have two characters yet to be revealed.

Raiden has arrived, with Revengeance 😉

With Heavenly Sword’s Nariko and MediEvil’s Sir Daniel Fortesque still to come, though there is no confirmation at this time. There may even be more characters to be introduced, but this is all speculation at the moment.

PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale will be released  November 20th in North America, Europe on the 21st, Australia on the 22nd and Europe on the 23rd.
