NYKO Reveal Glacier White DualShock 4 Modular Charge Station

Nyko Technologies has announced a Gamestop-exclusive, white edition of the Modular Charge Station for PlayStation 4. The wireless drop-and-go controller charging dock can be attached to the top of the PlayStation 4 console, and is able to charge two DualShock 4 controllers simultaneously.
“When Sony announced the Glacier White PlayStation 4 earlier this year, we saw a chance to create a product that would best complement its design,” said Chris Arbogast, director of marketing at Nyko Technologies. “GameStop is an integral partner, so we wanted to offer its customers an accessory that adds to their console’s performance and aesthetics.”
The Modular Charge Station plus directly into the USB ports located on the PlayStation 4, with no additional software or connections required in order to charge the DualShock 4 controllers, while also featuring an LED icon that indicates the charging status of the controllers.
The Glacier White PlayStation 4 will be bundled with Bungie’s latest title, Destiny, which recently showcased gameplay from the planet Venus. The Modular Charge Station will retail for $24.95, while a black DualShock 4 Power Pak is also available, which doubles the DualShock 4’s battery life.
