Nintendo 3DS Direct Broadcast Announced for September 1

Nintendo has announced a new Nintendo Direct will take place this week, focusing on the Nintendo 3DS.
The Nintendo 3DS Direct will take place at midnight (AEST) between Thursday September 1 and Friday September 2 (16:00 CEST on 1st September in Europe). The broadcast will be hosted by Nintendo of Europe President Satoru Shibata and Ed Valiente of Nintendo of Europe’s Publisher Business department.
Those of you hoping to see some surprise information on either the upcoming Nintendo NX console, or Nintendo’s latest on mobile gaming will be disappointed, as Nintendo has confirmed both subjects will not be featured throughout the 3DS Nintendo Direct.
