New Xbox 360 Redesign Unveiled, Gold Subscribers to Receive Free Games

Update: Microsoft has released official images of the redesigned Xbox 360, located below.

Original Story: Yusuf Mehdi has announced a new redesigned Xbox 360 console and a new Xbox Gold Membership program, offering subscribers two free games per month

The new console is smaller, sleeker and as quiet as ever. The consoles price has not been revealed but it is now available starting today.

Mehdi also unveiled a new addition for Xbox Gold subscribers, who will now receive two free games per month. The first two games available for download are Assassin’s Creed 2 and Halo 3.
