New Super Mario Bros. 2 Coin Rush Trailer

The latest trailer for New Super Mario Bros.2 showcases Coin Rush Mode in all its glory. Coin Rush Mode is a multiplayer challenge mode that relies on Street Pass to allow you to gather previous scores from your friends, which will enable you to then compete to try and beat their score.

Coin Rush randomly places you a challenge of 3 stages from the game, you have a limited amount of time and the aim of the game is to gather as many coins as possible in the time limit and without dying. Dying will cause the challenge to end and not being able to finish a stage in the time limit will also clear your current score.

This connectivity with friends will hopefully add some longevity to the title, which is now out in Europe, Australia and North America tomorrow on Nintendo 3DS.
