New ‘Star Wars: Battlefront’ Game Mode Teased

The announcement of a new mode has been teased for the upcoming release of Star Wars: Battlefront.
The official EA Star Wars Facebook page has posted a new image, which pictures an X-Wing and the statement “New mode incoming”. At this time it is unknown when the new mode reveal will take place, or what the new mode could feature, but it’s safe to assume that vehicular combat will play a large part.
After fan speculation the EA Star Wars Facebook page once again confirmed that space battles are not something that will be implemented in Battlefront, meaning the new mode won’t take players to the galaxy far, far away. Though the page did confirm that developer DICE is focusing on “air battles and dogfights that take place on the vistas of our planets rather than space.“
Star Wars: Battlefront is scheduled to launch November 17 in North America and November 20 in Europe, for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
