‘Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition’ Coming to Retail

Since Minecraft released on Xbox LIVE last year it has sold over 5 million copies, the block building success will now be making its way to retail later this year.


Microsoft have announced the Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition, the disc-based version will include all the same features and content the current online version contains. It will also include the latest additions that will be released in the ninth title update, with the same online multiplayer connectivity between the retail and digital versions of the game offered.

The retail disc will release June 6 in Australia, with a RRP of $29.95AU.
