Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will now release in Australia and New Zealand one week later than originally announced, on March 27.

The confirmation was made by Konami’s Australian distributor earlier today, with an official comment from Konami regarding the delay is expected tomorrow.

It seems the delay will only effect retail disc-based copies of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes. Local retailers have adjusted to the new release date, while the PlayStation website still lists Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes to release March 20. This may be change over the next few days, but at the moment it seems likely.

This isn’t the first time this year a Konami published title has been delayed in Australia. Last month Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 was also delayed in Australia, due to a shipping issue.
