NIS America has announced the new patch for Dragon’s Crown is now available for PlayStation 3 and Vita in Europe. The new patch is significant because it enables Cross-Play functionality between the PlayStation 3 and Vita versions, which was unfortunately absent during our original review.
Dragon’s Crown was developed by Vanillaware and directed by George Kamitani, offering players a 2D fantasy beat ’em up centered around fighting beautifully designed enemies and an addictive loot system. There are six unique character classes on offer, ranging from the melee-focused Fighter class to the magic-based Sorceress option.
Analog Addiction gave Dragon’s Crown an 8.2, praising the whimsical musical tracks, addictive loot system and the fantastic combat.
Dragon’s Crown is available now on both PlayStation 3 and Vita.
