Vega Confirmed for ‘Street Fighter V’

Capcom has announced Street Fighter veteran Vega, will be joining the Street Fighter V roster.
Vega will possess a new set of tricks, alongside a new appearance for Street Fighter V. One of these new tricks is the ability to switch between two distinct fighting styles, one which has Vega battle with his iconic claw. and one without. His non-claw style gives him access to command grabs and new attack properties, with players able to switch between each style on the fly.
Vega won’t be able to switch back to his claw style if his claw is knocked off, meaning players must learn to fully utilise each style to truly master the Spanish matador’s technique.
Attendees at this week’s Gamescom will be able to experience Vega first hand, with a playable version of Vega and Street Fighter V available at the PlayStation Booth. The playable build will also include playable characters Birdie, Nash, Ken, Chun-Li, Ryu, Cammy and M. Bison.
Street Fighter V is scheduled to launch in Q1 2016 for both PlayStation 4 and PC. Capcom also recently unveiled DLC plans for Street Fighter V, alongside a new roster addition.
