Ubisoft Announces New Rewards Program Ubisoft Club

Ubisoft has announced Ubisoft Club, a new rewards program initiative for Ubisoft games.
Members of the Ubisoft Club will be awarded XP, badges and Uplay Units when playing Ubisoft games on any platform. The new initiative will also offer extra in-game content, beta access, limited edition items and discounts within the Uplay Store.
Ubisoft Club will be a rebranding of the initial Uplay rewards program. The Ubisoft Club seems to operate in a similar fashion, aside from the name change.
Those wanting to sign up to this new rewards program (which you should do) can sign up here, but you must have a Uplay account to join the new program.
