Capcom has announced a brand new update for the Resident Evil 7 Biohazard Teaser: Beginning Hour demo.

The previously PlayStation Plus exclusive demo is now available for all players to experience, with the Resident Evil 7 demo also receiving a new update that will allow players to explore more of the mysterious and derelict mansion within the demo.

The new update will be known as the “Twilight” version of the demo and will be available on September 15 for PlayStation players to download. Alongside the announcement of the new update, Capcom also released a brand new trailer for Resident Evil 7, which focuses on intense combat and a family dinner with the Baker family.

It was also revealed Resident Evil 7 pre-orders will be available digitally on PlayStation 4 across EMEA territories soon. The standard edition can be pre-ordered and will include a custom Resident Evil 7 theme, while the Day-1 Survival Edition will contain the custom theme and the Survival Pack: Recovery Set, which includes consumable healing items, early unlock of the insanely difficult Madhouse mode, and a mysterious Lucky Coin in-game defense item. The Deluxe Edition of Resident Evil 7 will include all the content of the Day-1 Survival Edition, as well as the Season Pass which contains three additional player story episodes that will launch following Resident Evil 7‘s release.

Capcom also revealed the Resident Evil 7 Biohazard demo has been downloaded over 3 millions times worldwide since it was released. Analog Addiction previously spent some time with the Resident Evil 7 Biohazard demo and you can check out our impressions here.

Resident Evil 7 Biohazard will launch for PlayStation 4 (with a PlayStation VR mode included), Xbox One and PC on January 24, 2017.
