Capcom has announced Resident Evil 0 HD is now available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

Resident Evil 0 HD introduces players to the Resident Evil story, taking place before the original Resident Evil and showcasing the true origin of the iconic series. Resident Evil 0 HD transforms the original 2002 release, with new HD visuals, improved sound, widescreen support, and an optional modernised control scheme.

Resident Evil 0 HD also includes the new Wesker Mode, which is unlocked when the campaign is completed. In this new mode players can re-experience Resident Evil 0 HD playing as Albert Wesker, as players wield his powerful abilities gained from the Uroboros virus.

Resident Evil 0 HD is available digitally, or at retail in the Resident Evil Origins Collection, which also includes the previously released Resident Evil Remaster. The retail collection is now available in both Australia and New Zealand for AU$89.99, with a European release launching January 22.
